CONDITION:
Mvt: GRO after a twist to start, excellent cosmetic mvt ondition overall, plates with ultra-fine scratch striations in areas likely from light wiping, some oxide in areas of steelwork; dial with light hl at perimeter between 2 and 3, light hls below and above seconds-register, light branched hl between 8 and 9; excellent hands with some mild spots of oxide and finish loss; case is believed to be likely original to this mvt which is currently secured with a single case screw and a locating pin at the 11 position. There is an empty case screw position on the mvt near the case hinge; the mvt surface shows a witness mark from having previously held a case screw at this position while the adjacent case areas show a possible corresponding witness mark to a case screw of a small scratch along the inner cuvette surface adjacent hinge. Mvt is machined for a locating pin at the 8:45 position but no pin is present, and the case is also machined to accept a locating pin at the same position, case shows very light wear, small nick on band at 6:45, no dents or dings, good engine turning detail around central rear progressing to reduction at shoulder; bow pivots semi-freely; good glass crystal.
